一、指導思想
本學期的英語教學要面向全體學生,關注每個學生的情感思想,尊重個體差異,不歧視,鼓勵不同個性的學習見解,幫助學生建立自信;以學生技能,語言知識,情感態度,學習策略和文化意識的發展為基礎對目標進行整體設計;用活動點燃學生的學習熱情,鼓勵學生體驗參與,讓學生在老師的指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式,實現任務目標,感受成功;注重過程評價,促進學生發展,建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的評價體系。
二、學情分析
部分同學對基礎知識的掌握不是很扎實,有很多知識點理解得不透徹、易混淆,有少部分同學連基本的句子結構都沒掌握。但絕大多數學生學習態度比較端正,能堅持默好英語單詞,有大聲朗讀英語課文的好習慣,這有利于本學期的英語教學。在一年半的初中生活中,學生掌握了一定的學習方法,積累了一些學習經驗。但也有部分學生根本沒有養成良好的學習習慣,導致成績越來越差。在學習上總處于被動地位,因此培養學生良好的學習習慣,使他們掌握靈活多變的學習方法是非常重要的,也只有這樣才能大幅度地提高教學成績。
三、教材分析
本學期教材共有10個單元,均是新授課,增加了大量的新單詞和短語,每單元也在上學期的基礎上增加了一篇閱讀課文,內容在長度和難度上都有增加,語法知識現在完成時和形容詞副詞的比較等級也是學生學習的一個難點,加上本學期教學時間短,要在較短的時間內完成較大較難的教學任務也是對老師們的一種考驗。所以認真鉆研教材、研究教學方法、提高教學效果是本學期英語教師們的一項艱巨任務。
四、教學目標
1.基礎知識:掌握課本中最常用的詞匯和習慣用語,會讀、會寫、能聽懂,在口頭、筆頭練習中能夠運用,能連貫地朗讀學過的課文,語音語調基本正確,基本掌握學過的單詞和詞形變化,掌握本教材中出現的語法:情態動詞could,should的用法,過去進行時態,現在完成時態,形容詞副詞的比較等級等。能使用正確的句型談論本教材中所涉及的功能項目,進行簡單的交流,如談論健康問題、提建議、請求許可、講述已發生的事情或經歷等。
2.學科知識的拓展:在掌握了四會要求的基礎知識的前提下,適當拓寬加深語言知識,通過讀、寫訓練加以鞏固,
3.努力培養學生聽、說、讀、寫的綜合能力,讓學生多讀、多聽。本學期大力推行“小組合作”模式,加大對學生合作互助的指導,讓好學生帶動困難生,進行學情激勵,學法指導和學困幫助,同時加大學生的練習時間,重視學生動手習慣和動手能力的培養。
五、具體措施
1.在教學過程中,采用情景教學法,讓學生身臨其境,積極主動地參與到課堂教學中去,提高學生實際運用語言的能力。
2.保持早讀這個良好的習慣,規定內容,老師督促監測,確保學生完成背誦任務。背誦任務采用分層布置,成績差一點兒的學生,可以記文章中的單詞、常用短語或者是優美句式,成績好的學生可以背誦對話或課文,默寫更佳,培養語感。
3.摒棄過去的讓學生罰抄單詞、課文或不吃飯的無效方法,采用激勵的方式每天布置少量的單詞、短語、句型聽寫,及時反饋,貴在堅持。
4.堅持每日一測、周測、月測等評價形式,每天、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會,讓進步的同學體會到成就感,讓落后的同學找出差距,感受壓力。
5.設計全面、高效的課外作業,培養學生良好的書寫習慣,做到整潔、規范、正確地書寫。
6.中等班級以上每周布置適量的翻譯練習,熟練運用句子結構和一些重點句型,為流暢的書面表達做好鋪墊。
7.聽力的提高不是一朝一夕能完成的,所以每天早上或者中午的聽力訓練,尤其是在老師的監督和輔導下是很有必要的,因為學生的低自覺性和低主動性是普遍現象。

【二】.所教班級學生基本情況分析:
所帶班級(3)(4)班情況不同,(3)班學困生較多,學生的學習品質、學習習慣,英語基礎較之(4)班有明顯的差異,(4)班學生整體情況好,學困生少,學習英語的熱情和興趣教高.兩班每次考試的平均分都有10分左右的差距。抓起來有一定的困難。
另外,所教班的學生在情感態度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累;

鉆研新課標,提高自己的教學水平,真正做到教學相長,努力達到學校規定的教學指標??s小兩個班級之間的距離,使每個學生都能有所進步,有所收獲。
【四】具體措施:
1、每天背誦課文中的對話。目的:要求學生背誦并默寫,培養語感。
2、每天記當日學過的單詞或對話,每日進行檢查。實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保證效果并堅持下去。
3、認真貫徹晨讀制度:規定晨讀內容,加強監督,保證晨讀效果。
