一、我的教學目標

二、學生基本情況

本班共有60人，學生聰明活潑、勤奮好學，但仍有少數(shù)學生對英語缺乏興趣，雖然在七年級時有意識地培養(yǎng)他們的興趣，取得了考試上的一些成績，但綜合學習能力，尤其是自主學習能力不是很高。

三、我的指導思想

由于社會在不停地發(fā)展，信息化和經(jīng)濟全球化性，使英語的重要性日益突出，在義務教育階段中，英語教育也是一個重要組成部分，通過英語學習，激發(fā)學生的興趣，掌握知識，提高口語水平和交際能力，同時又能磨礪意志，陶冶情操，拓寬視野，發(fā)展個性。在本學期的英語教學中，我要堅持以下理念的應用：

四、我對教材分析

本學期我校使用2013年4月第一版，2013年6月第一次印刷的《仁愛版英語》，其上冊有4個單元和12個話題以及2個復習單元，一共是6個單元，其中第2、第4單元后面分別設置了一個復習單元，與往年相比有新的語法和句式，總共490個單詞包括50個短語，此書由北京市仁愛教育研究出版社依據(jù)《英語課程標準》編寫，它起點低，循序漸進，方便學生培養(yǎng)英語學習興趣，從而很快進入英語學習的狀態(tài)，教材編排得非常好。

本冊教材內(nèi)容的重點是語法歸類，如：現(xiàn)在完成時、直接引語和間接引語、被動語態(tài)等，難點也是語法和基本句型，這些重難點都應通過在語言材料的學習中及時強化和總結(jié)，呈現(xiàn)圖文并茂的教學內(nèi)容，把語言學習和實際生活結(jié)合起來，增強學生的聽說能力，并通過開展各種任務性活動，鞏固所學的知識。鼓勵學生通過思考、體驗、參與、合作等方式來學習，增強學生獨立思考的良好習慣以及口語表達和合作學習的能力。

七、我本學期教學方法

英語的教育教學方法很多，各有優(yōu)、缺點，教師可以針對不同的情況采用不同的教學方法來加以彌補。針對我教的班級，本學期本人打算用下列方法對學生進行教育教學：

1、Teach English in English.英語畢竟是一門語言，訓練的是學生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的綜合能力，在教學的過程中需要對學生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的能力進行很多的訓練，這就要求我們用英語來教英語，在課堂上對學生進行各種能力的訓練。

2、Think English in English.用英語想，也就是用英語思考。學英語而不用英語思考，一定學不好。用英語思考就是在用英語進行表達和理解時，沒有美國人思考的介入，或者說美國人思考的介入被壓縮到了極不明顯的程度。這是真正流利、熟練的境界和標志。

3、背誦和多種練習結(jié)合。實事求是的說，大量背誦課文與大量多種練習的結(jié)合，乃是對于一切各不相同條件下的英語教學的普遍有效的方法。

4、合理利用課外資料，重點題要重點練習、重點講解，做到主次分明，講求實效。

5、針對不同的教學內(nèi)容采用不同的教學方法;。英語的內(nèi)容較多，包括語音、詞匯、語法、交際等等內(nèi)容，如果對每一項內(nèi)容都采用同樣的方法來進行教育教學，那么即使是再好的學生也不可能學好，再好的教師也不可能教好。因而，針對不同的內(nèi)容采用不同的教學方法是不可違背的。

總之，利用教材形式多樣的寫作練習，既能培養(yǎng)學生的想象力，又能提高學生的寫作技巧。并及時總結(jié)語法和日常用語，鞏固所學語言知識，同時注重學生學習興趣的培養(yǎng)，以不同方式限度的激發(fā)學生的學習動機。使學生對語言功能的認識，由感情上升到理性。在培養(yǎng)學生聽說讀寫語言技能的基礎上，開展綜合探究活動進一步拓展學生的語言知識，在教學的過程中讓學生多看，多記，多總結(jié)，多背、多練說來豐厚英語知識，提高學生的語言技能。以達到鞏固、掌握和運用的目的，最終形成語言技能。

三、學生基本情況分析

學生雖經(jīng)一年的英語教學，對英語有了一定的領會，但在聽說讀寫各個方面的基礎仍有些薄弱，另外，學生在情感態(tài)度，學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。有的同學不能明確學習英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學習
